| A product needs to be shipped back? |

| If you need to return goods to us for repair, calibration or whatever reason, please use our request form for product returns. |

| We do not accept shipments without RMA number (see "Claims return form") nor do we open parcels which do not have the harmlessness declaration duly filled fixed outside of the package. |

| Undeclared goods will be sent back to the sender at his charge. |
| |
To protect the health of our employees, we reserve us the right to prosecute you if a wrong declaration has been made in the harmlessness declaration. |
